Booking & Cancellation Policy

I want our time together to be well prepared, focused and useful. These guidelines help protect the time reserved for your session while allowing some flexibility when life happens.

If an unexpected situation or genuine emergency arises, please contact me directly. Exceptional circumstances will be considered individually.

Booking & Payment

All sessions are booked and confirmed with full pre-payment.

Your session begins before we meet. I spend time preparing and reviewing your charts, exploring current influences and considering the questions, decisions or areas of life and business you'd like to explore. This preparation allows me to bring relevant insights, perspective and possibilities to our time together.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

I understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

With less than 48 hours’ notice, your payment is non-refundable but may be transferred to another appointment with a late rescheduling fee equal to 25% of your session fee, to account for time already invested in preparation and the adjustment of your reserved appointment.

Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments

If you’re running late, please let me know. I’ll remain available for 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. After that, unless I’ve heard from you, the session will be considered a missed appointment.

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time and the full session fee will apply.

Missed appointments are non-refundable.

Session Extensions & Payment

Some sessions naturally want to continue once clarity is flowing.

If time allows and you’d like to extend your session, you're welcome to do so. Rather than interrupting the flow to arrange payment, the prorated fee is payable immediately following the session.

For example, a 40-minute prepaid session ($172) extended to an hour ($246) requires an additional $74 payment at the completion of the session.
