How you feel matters - a lot. 

It's an often overlooked asset in life, health, relationships and business.  Especially as a solo-professional. How you feel influences how you see things, the possibilities you recognize, the decisions you make and the energy you bring to what you do and the way you communicate. When you feel better about where you stand and what lies ahead, it naturally strengthens your confidence, commitment, conviction and actions. There's more room for enjoyment and satisfaction along the way, as well as significant, meaningful progress and results.

How I Work

My work is conversational, co-creative and responsive to what matters most to you. We begin with where you stand, what you're navigating and what you want to understand, explore, decide or move forward.

You may already know a great deal about yourself through life experience, personal development or healing work, professional assessments, Astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys or other perspectives. Bring what you already know or have reports easy to access and/or screen share during your session. It becomes part of the fuller picture rather than something we need to replace or start over.

Using your birth date, time and place as a personal map, I draw from Astrology, Numerology and Chinese Metaphysics alongside practical business and life experience and intuitive insight. I translate what I see in your birth charts into clarity, foresight and tangible advantages. This expanded awareness can reveal solutions, save time, energy and money, and bring mental and emotional relief and peace of mind.

My strength is in synthesis and translation recognising what is relevant now and bringing together patterns, connections, possibilities, resources, timing and practical considerations that may be difficult to see from inside your own situation.

The value isn't simply more information (most of us are overwhelmed with that). It's understanding what the insights and foresight mean in the context of your life, work or business now and into the future.

You decide what resonates, what is useful and what feels true for you. You'll leave with greater awareness to formulate your plans, consider your choices, make decisions and move forward with focused, coherent action.

These sessions are co-creative, fluid and flexible to meet your current experience and needs as they arise in the session. We examine what is yours to move, what is not yours to carry, and what is emerging next. The work may include:

  • Clarifying what is really asking for your attention and where your priorities lie.

  • Recognising hidden patterns, possibilities and considerations

  • Exploring potential, probability and timing

  • Understanding challenges, frustrations and resistance, and what they may be revealing.

  • Recognising conditions, influences and opportunities that can support your direction and progress.

  • Recognising and making better use of strengths, experience, resources and value that may be overlooked or underused.

  • Seeing how existing ideas, experience, relationships or assets could work together differently.

  • Considering where your time, money, energy and attention can be put to better use.

  • Developing ideas, language, positioning and practical strategies around what to develop, leverage, invest in or release — and when to act, adjust, prepare, wait or stand back.

Greater understanding can release pressure and stress built from uncertainty, frustration and change. Making sense of your situation and recognising hidden support brings calm, clarity and peace of mind without the pressure to force an answer or change what is.

Venture Foundation & Strategic Orientation
A Half-Day Intensive for Founders and Partners

As you start forming your vision and heavily investing in building or expanding a venture, this half day will help you establish a coherent foundation for what you're actually building together.  It's a small investment relative to the compounding costs of confused positioning, partnership friction, inappropriate roles, wrong timing of building something neither founder really wants.

Working with multiple charts, we consider the venture itself and the individual strengths, essential nature and soul direction each founder brings to the table. We consider the dynamics working together. This provides the foundation for a business, practice, creative studio, retreat or wellness centre that feels coherent with its founders and shared purpose.

From there, we bring its identity, positioning and marketing into clearer focus and consider the timing and natural unfolding of its different stages—from early development and decision-making through visibility, launch and growth.

This half-day can stand alone or become the foundation for a personally designed Venture Growth & Navigation Series as the initiative develops.

As your business, venture and partnership takes shape, new information, decisions and opportunities emerge. A personally designed series provides continuity at meaningful stages, allowing us to revisit the map, refine positioning and marketing, navigate changing partnership dynamics and consider the timing of development, visibility, launch and growth.

The number, length and rhythm of sessions are designed around the venture, its stage of development and the people involved. A personalised scope and investment will be recommended following the foundational orientation.

For returning clients, this targeted follow-up session offers an opportunity to revisit your direction and strategy, refine and align your next moves. We focus on a specific area or decision, revisit earlier insights, refresh your perspective and refine your plans as your life reorients and your business, initiatives or creative projects evolve and take form

You've taken action since your last session. Things have evolved and unfolded, and you now know things that couldn't have been seen or known before.

Choose Growth Navigation when enough has changed, developed or become clearer that it's time to take another look, particularly when you have a decision to make, an adjustment to consider or want to be sure your plans still fit where you are now and where you're heading.

Growth doesn't always mean adding more. Sometimes it means making better use of what already exists, strengthening what is working, becoming more selective, allowing something to mature or recognizing when an adjustment will create greater movement.

This session creates a bridge between what has unfolded and what you're focused on next. Together, we refine and align your direction as new information, opportunities and circumstances emerge. We recognize what is working, what needs attention and what conditions may better support your next phase, helping you respond to what is actually happening rather than remaining bound to an earlier plan.
